TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• These conditions are in addition to Hallam FM’s General Terms & Conditions here
• A £1000 cash prize winner will be randomly chosen from the previous day’s entries and will be awarded shortly after 8am on Tuesday 10th, Wednesday 11th, Thursday 12th, Friday 13th, Tuesday 17th, Wednesday 18th, Thursday 19th and Friday 20th December 2013
• A £2000 cash prize winner will be randomly chosen from all entries collected between 8am Friday 13th and 8am Monday 16th December, and will be awarded shortly after 8am on Monday 16th December.
• Another £2000 cash prize winner will be randomly chosen from all entries collected between 8am Friday 20th and 8am Monday 23rd December, and will be awarded shortly after 8am on Monday 23rd December.
• If a winner is under the age of 18 an adult aged 18 or over must accompany the winner at the time of receiving the prize.
• The mobile phone bill-payer’s permission is required.
• The winner will be selected at random from all the entries received during the individual contest period and will also be a contestant that answers the phone to Hallam FM before the 6th ring.
• An entrant will only become a winner if they are confirmed during conversation as the winner.
• Hallam FM and Bauer Media will not accept responsibility for any loss of connection during a call resulting in an entrant not becoming a confirmed winner.
• Hallam FM will endeavour to arrange delivery of the prize the same day. If unforeseen circumstances mean the prize is unable to be delivered within this timescale, or the winner is located outside Hallam FM’s official broadcast area, other arrangements may need to be made at the radio station’s discretion.
• For every second text entry you make, an extra free entry will automatically be entered into the prize database. For example, 1st TEXT = 1 entry made (1 charged at £1 + standard network rate). 2nd TEXT = 2 extra entries are made (1 charged at £1 + standard network rate and 1 not charged). Therefore 2 texts sent will create 3 entries within the competition database. The process can then be repeated. This special offer must be used on the same day as the initial entry and cannot be carried over to another day of the competition.

there may have been no more windows however the closing date is still Tuesday 31 December 2013 so can still be entered by those who have missed this earlier
