Was about to pay the £20 but it kind of bugs me that they say by Air when another poster says they come from England.

Thank you I am going to take a chance and keep my fingers crossed.

Was so in advance but suddenly work and life overtook and now have to do everything today .. Haven't even had a chance to look on here for weeks let alone go shopping

Just checked, I got the order confirmation email as soon as I ordered, and the shipment confirmation email yesterday. Fingers crossed for you!

It says that prices are inc VAT so there shouldn't be customs charges... They may ship in to the UK to their distribution centres here then deliver from there, so they incur any VAT and can reclaim etc.

Just to mention they deduct £9 from your refund if you return anything and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired

They didn't enclose an invoice or returns label in my package so Rather than apologise I was informed I would have to pay return postage on top of the flat £9 charge - I didn't bother and won't make another online order from them best to go in to store and try on to avoid returns

I haven't received an email and my paypal shows as pending - doubtful Ill get this order for Christmas

I haven't received an email either so think I might be in the same boat
Luckily my DD's birthday is in Feb so will have to put by for then and the gift I bought for DS ...god knows! Fingers crossed lets hope we are surprised and receive our orders. (I am still glad I didn't pay the £20 delivery which I very nearly did yesterday though )

annoying how in the usa they get 50% off and uk gets 30% never minding the fact usa is cheaper to start with. Oh well every little helps and they do have some nice clothing despite the sizing
