Facebook Interest list help please?

Hi,
I set up an interest list named 'Advents' and added all of the pages running Advents onto it. This was so I could see their daily comps posted all in one list. HOWEVER, not all posts are showing so I am missing out loads of Advents :eek: unless I check each page individually, which I don't have the time to do! I have checked and I have 'liked' and I am 'following' all pages. What I have noticed though is the option where you can choose to see 'all updates, most updates. etc' has disappeared?

Is anyone else having problems. Even in my newsfeed I don't get all updates. Facebook is so annoying - they are always changing the drop down menus!:mad:

Anyone shine a light?.....

Yes, I've noticed the posts in my Advent interest list are not appearing (the interest list was supposed to ensure all the posts from chosen pages appeared), and when they do it is usually later in the evening.

If I go to the actual page the posts from earlier in the day are there...

Thanks Zanzib - at least I know it is not just me. Some companies choose their winners in the early evening so it is annoying to miss out. Facebook seriously need to sort themselves out!

FB have removed the "news feed settings" part and replaced it with the "following" thing. I hate it. Now it's all or nothing. You can either follow someone completely or not follow them at all. You can't pick and choose anymore.

As for not all posts showing, I've had this problem for the best part of a year. I preferred it when all posts showed in the news feed rather than dividing them into news feed and "pages feed" as the pages feed isn't updated regularly and none of the posts are in bloody date order! /rant

Yes I too hate the all or noting follow tab. Some companies are spammy and post a couple of times an hour so they take over your feed if you follow them! I am just sick of Facebook changing things all the time without telling us! :mad:

Bluebella I am having similar issues and posted a thread at the beginning of December re this same issue.

If you read my thread you will see some of the changes that were made but now seem to have disappeared. In particular post number 18 the new "settings" option which was only there for a couple of days and has now disappeared again. Been getting hubby to check his Facebook and his was exactly the same.

Thanks Sugarbabe61 - I have had a read of your thread. I am fed up of Facebook changing things - if it wasn't for entering competitions, I wouldn't use Facebook at all!
