What soft cheese can pregnant women eat?

I know they cant eat brie & camembert, I'm guessing they can eat philly herb & garlic? Can they eat roulard?

    Philly herb and garlic is just branded roularde in a different shape


    Roularde is in the list of safe cheeses

    If it's a first pregnancy, then sometimes it's easier to just skip all soft cheeses.
    Managing expectations of others being so much easier that way, as well as getting the approval of midwives.

    For an umpteenth 4+ months in pregnancy, most mothers have a better idea of what they can enjoy in comfort, but as a host or first time parent, just don't. It's simpler.

    Its a Christmas guest & a second, but early days yet pregnancy.

    I craved blue cheese and pear slices when pregnant with number one. So I ate it. And I ate Brie. I enjoyed it in moderation.


    The babies were healthy.
