NHS Zero hours contract - WTD pay calculated incorrectly

I'm being paid 10.17% on top of my hourly pay for holidays.
I've spoken to the pay services department and been told that this is calculated as follows:
Average 29 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays = 37 days
37 divided by 7 = 5.29
5.29 divided by 52 = 0.1017
I've told them that I think the calculation should be
5.29 divided by (52 - 5.29) = 0.1133
However, because the holidays are being divided by 7 days in the week and not 5 (even though I'm in a Mon-Fri clerical role) I'm ending up with less than the bog standard 12.07% when you would expect with the NHS having quite a generous holiday entitlement that I would get slightly more than that.
Has anyone got any advice about whether (and how!) I can also query the dividing by 7 days?
Thanks

Holiday entitlement is calculated using the number of days worked in a week.
So, you could start by asking why they are including non-working weekends in their calculation.
You could also ask why they feel that they can lawfully use 5.29 weeks in their calculation when even the statutory minimum paid holiday entitlement is 5.6 weeks.0 -
Thanks Mariefab, I will try that. Very succinctly put!0

Marie is spot on.
It should generally be one in 12 working days in NHS, IIRC.
