After some accurate kitchen scales. Contemporary style preferred, ie glass and chrome, or otherwise nice.

Hi There,

Depends on how much you are prepared to pay? If on a budget and if you have an Aldi near you, they had some nice scales for £7.99 last week.

They had a glass top and a silver base. Max weight was 3kg.

No thought on price really ... maybe up to £20 or so, give or take a few quid. I can check out the Aldi ones this week, but maybe they'll be a bit cheapo looking ... we'll see. Thanks :-)

Is there a maximum weight you prefer? Would you prefer digital? Have you seen some that you like? The obvious places have them, Argos, Index, etc...

Digital as I want accuracy: I find the weight or clock style a bit tricky to get spot on. Weight limit not too high as for general day to day recipe cooking rather than also weighing parcels. Check out Argus and nothing tickled my fancy, nor at a local Kitchen shop. I think one with a bowl. Maybe I should just pop to Lidl mand see the ones suggested. After all they're only bl**** scales ;-) and they can hide in the cupboard.
