Parking Ticket issued by private parking company

We was issued a parking ticket by a private parking company my dad has the ticket so cant remember the company who issued it but can they force us to pay this was on a staples car park in Leicester we did shop there but then ran to a grocery shop down the road to get some water to take pills came back we had a ticket.
I saw no cameras no attendant / parking warden do they hide must of been watching us from someware .

I take it the warden would of filmed us leaving for evidence if not we have a staples receipt to say we shoped there so will that get us off the ticket or do we just ignore everything because they won't take us to court don't rearly wan't to appeal as we did leave the site for 5 mins but is that rearly worth a £100 fine

A few months back, we got soooo busy with new threads, all the same, that to ensure no-one missed out on advice I spent hours writing a sticky (info) thread for the top of the forum, giving it capital letters saying:

and making sure it covers in simple terms what all the acronyms mean, how to appeal with a DOZEN linked examples...how to win at POPLA stage...what to do if you miss the appeal deadline & get to debt collector letters stage...and yet every day, newbies don't read it.

But please don't disappear, we do want you to win at POPLA so please post any questions...AFTER reading the stickies (info threads 'stuck' on the board at the top).
