Itv Viewback Panel - Help!

Hey everyone,
I received an email from the itv viewback panel I'm a member of, on the 12th Dec commenting that, "We are making changes to Viewback with a new look in the New Year but before we do this we need you to login and redeem any incentives, before the 31st of December 2013, that you may have accrued in your panel account since joining.

As per the terms and conditions, if you don't have an amount above the redemption threshold, you will not be able to withdraw that amount and we will unfortunately not be able to entertain any alternative methods of payment. "

Now the redemption threshold is £15 and I have £11.60. I pretty much feel that I've been completing their surveys for no reason at all. I looked at their terms of conditions

to which they refer and nowhere does it mention that they would not be able to redeem my money, only that, " EasyInsites Ltd shall not be obliged to make any payment to a member:
whose balance in their account does not reach the amount of the at least £4"

So I'm wondering if anyone else is in the same position? I'm currently about to contact them about the issue, but i can only imagine that I will get fobbed off. If this occurs, does anyone have any advice about how i can take this further? I imagine to some it may seem some effort to go through this, but for me it's more the principle of accruing money with no chance of withdrawal!

I cant advise on who to write to but log in and grab screen shots of all your information while it is still there.
Make sure you have the date showing down in the corner of your computer screen in each screen grab.
Grab a copy of the relevant bit of the T&Cs regarding paying above £4 too.
I don't see how they can refuse to pay you your earnings or to roll it over to the new account as it is your own property once you have earned it unless it specifically says it is not in their T&Cs.

Thanks for your advice, i'll do that now.

I don't see how they can refuse me either, or how this new system or whatever they're developing can prevent them transferring the rewards I've earned, it's a mystery to me.

Just an update for this.
I received an email from ITV Viewback Panel today. After a couple of extremely quick messages back and forth, they came to the conclusion that there was an "error" on the webpage where my rewards were displayed and that I would be able to redeem the amount owed to me and I should attempt to do this. This can be done by just clicking one button, which I did and as far as I'm aware nothing happened. I replied to them saying this didn't appear to work and there was silence. I'm hoping this means that they are trying to fix the issue but who knows!

I also used to complete surveys for the Viewback panel about GMTV TV, and received the email.

I clicked the Members tab (at top of screen), but had forgotten my log in details and requested new details, which were immediately sent.

Could then log in and I had just over £5 in points. There was an option to request Paypal payment, which I did. Within minutes the money arrived in account, less a few pence Paypal fees.

All happily resolved, good luck.

I tried the same steps you did to redeem the money but for some reason it isn't working for me
