HI Everyone,
Some time ago I posted about some court papers i received against a debt I believed it was statue barred.
I have sinced send them letters asking them to prove it and to send me all the relevant information so I can prepare my defence.
The solicitors sent me a letter saying no further defence will take place until i hear from them again. HOwever I have been advise to still submit defence 48 hours before due date.
I did it all online. My questions are: are there any template letter to submit defence saying I have asked for documentation that has not been sent etc?
As i started the whole process online? is there anything on the system I can use to attached the copy of letters I sent to solicitors for the judge to see?
I dont want to to click submit defence yet to find out about all this little things just in case i mess it up. I have to submit by THursday 19th.
Any help well appreciated!!
Many thanks!!

Defence is that you believe it to be Statute Barred, no payment towards debt nor written acknowledgement for 6 years prior to commencement of action. Add that you have sought proof from complainant that the debt is not SB, but this has not been forthcoming.
At least, that is what I would do.You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0
