    As you have little or no experience of the property market, you will need an extremely capable and competent mortgage broker to hold your hand throughout.

    Buying one property to live in is easy but property development and speculation is different.

    I have one or two concerns however about some of the things that you have written, especially, ' I really could care less if property prices skyrocket or bomb as long as I could make enough to move on to the next property,' as that does not sound like a property developer/speculator.
