Hello Moneylover ,
I would recommend Nivea for men My sons love it

I second Nivea for Men. I have used others and find it to be the most economical to use without scent so any aftershave/eau de cologne will work with it.The mind of the bigot is like the pupil of the eye; the more light you pour upon it, the more it will contract.

My other half went from L'Oreal for Men to Nivea for Men but someone bought him some Boots No 7 for Men and he much prefers that one now.0

Concur with this.
Nivea gives me terrible skin problems due to the greasiness of it.
Not that i particularly use any "regularly", the best i've found are the L'oreal and Boots ones.0 -
They're a con tbf :rotfl:
If you want something that really works and very old style MSE try
Jojoba oil
Costs me £2 for 10 ml or £7 for 100ml from my local health food shop.
Just put a couple of drops on your finger then massage in as needed. Sorts out dryness and the oil and the massage help shift sebaceous gland build up especially on the nose.
I use straight after shaving and it works a treat. I was prescribed by my GP antibiotic & anti fungal creams which did nowt for my dry skin or refilling glands. This though and 100ml should last me a year

My partner has recently started using the Clarins for Men range - in Boots they had a nice gift set with cleanser, moisturiser and something else, it worked out to be a good deal0

The Bluebeard's Revenge brand has loads of this kind of stuff, my OH loves it!

the consumer tv show (forgot it's name) that regularly does simple product tests for own brand vs mid range brand vs high end brand regularly shows the best products are often the mid range brands.
The mid range have all the main active ingredients as the high end brands. It's just that the high end brands have better "application feel" to them and are fragranced better.
99% of the cosmetics marketing is just perception.
Own brand stuff do have some of the active ingredients but they all tend to smell like toilet freshner and tend to apply badly.0 -
Bulldog Original Moisturiser. Really does sink in quickly and leaves no sticky residue and is very moisturising. Very mild smell of green tea. Both OH and I use it.
