Suggestions for self-cert provider

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good self-cert provider?

We want a self-cert as my H is currently self-employed but starting a new job on Monday. He'll be in a probation period, which they'll take into account despite having an income from the business and they want to take an average of the business income over the past three years despite the fact that the income has gone up each year, which gives us a lower income and we know that we can afford the repayments on what we want to borrow.

We have got one AIP ut I want to see if I can get a better rate.

Anyway, thanks in advance if you can help.

Try http://www.moneysupermarket.com or google for a rates comparison.

If you have got accounts to verify income and he is starting a new job, you do not have to go self cert

Why are you looking at self cert? Who is the AIP with?
