The update on this matter is the Mortgage Advisor I have been dealing with at Santander has been very good and sent the completed application pack to me today, my wife and I need to sign it and return it asap. If he can get it by Tuesday of next week then he can get it to the underwriters and has suggested that the paperwork will be with my solicitor by 6th Jan 2014 at the latest. So we should be ok!
