They will not give much of a reference anyway if he was sacked. He could wait then until hes got a new job, then report them. Why should they get away with treating him like rubbish.0

A quick update .
It transpires that one of the employees ( the only one that isn't a family member ) sent a text on Friday to an employee at the company my son used to work for saying that he's been sacked, and now the rest of the company knows .
It's just added insult to injury IMH what right has he to do something like that . :mad:
Edit . It also appears that three other people were employed before my son , all of them sacked .0 -

Although not something your son wanted broadcasting, unless the employee was breaking company rules and laying himself open to allegations of misconduct, the employee has done nothing wrong. Your son was sacked, fact, employee has told no lies, therefore no libel.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
