The closing date will be 5pm Sunday 22 December. The 10 best photos will be chosen by our judging panel and will be published via an online Facebook gallery. The winner is then decided by you clicking Like for your favourite. The closing date will be 5pm Friday 27th person with the most Likes will be contacted seven days after this date.
So throw on your winter warmer, spread the Christmas cheer and upload your photo for your chance to win a £50 Love voucher!
Terms and Conditions
1. Open to UK residents aged 16 or over only.
2. The competition will run on Twitter and Facebook. The first round will run from 10:00am on Thursday 14 December to 17:00pm on Sunday 22 December, 2013 only (the “Competition Period”). The second round will run from 13:00pm on Monday 23 December to 17:00pm on Friday 27 December. Entries and votes after the closing dates will not be counted.
3. The time of tweets and posts may be delayed due to breaking news
4. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be deleted
5. To enter this competition via Twitter you must follow @Daily_Record and tweet a photograph of yourself in a Christmas jumper, using the hashtag #LoveRecordXmas and mentioning @Daily_Record
6. To enter this competition via Facebook you must post the photograph of yourself in a Christmas jumper on to The Daily Record’s Facebook page
7. The Top 10 will be judged on who has uploaded the best photos by a judging panel. (We will have a judging panel with at least one independent person). The judging panel’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. The Top 10 will then be published in a gallery on the Daily Record’s Facebook page and the winner will be chosen by the public. The person who receives the most Likes will be the winner.

13.The winner will be notified within 7 days after the closing date
14. The winner will be contacted via Twitter or Facebook
15.The winner must claim their prize by confirming their full name, contact number and address within 2 days of the notification via private message. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and we will offer the unclaimed prize to a reserve winner.
16. The winner will not receive the prize before Christmas. LOVE will send the £50 voucher out within 28 days of the closing date.
17.Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

19.Photographs entered into this competition must be the original work of the author and not previously published. Entrants confirm they have all necessary consents and releases in order to enter their photo into this competition. Photographs which are or appear to be plagiarised will be disqualified.
20. Entries (including but not limited to text and photographs) for this competition must not contain any content that is libellous, racist, homophobic, derogatory, pornographic, obscene, sexist, illegal, and/or otherwise inappropriate. Entrants must not do anything illegal and/or dangerous and/or that would put themselves or others at any risk.
21.Anyone found to use multiple Twitter accounts to enter will be ineligible.
22. By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by Trinity Mirror.
23.Trinity Mirror reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in their sole discretion, a competition is not capable for being conducted as specified. Trinity Mirror reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable.
