Hi,
We need to mortgage for £60.000 on a new house we are buying, i'm with First Direct, the payment terms are £331.00 per month, does this sound good? we are hoping to pay this off within 2-3 years with no penalties, Anyone have any suggestions about a better way?
Regards,
Ian
