missed JSA appointment

I was due to attend JSA appointment on Tuesday and also WP appointment to see my WP advisor. These appointment were due on the same day. I was not well so I have e-mailed my WP saying that I am not well and asking to change the appointment time/day. I also notified JC by using "Contact us" e-mail address and awoiding calling on 0845 expensive number. I've managed to go to my local JC before closure on Wednesday and they gave me the sickness form which I filled. On Wednesday I also went to WP advisor office but they told me that she is ill. Today is the day when I normally get my JSA money paid into my account but I just checked that no money were paid this time. I am really worried that I have been sanctioned for not attanding my appointment. What should I do?

That seems a bit unfair if the WP advisor can go off sick without being sanctioned if you can't

You can be sick and get no sanction as long as you tell them and are not making it up (or working).

No you said TODAY was the day you get paid so the question was 'you get paid on a Saturday'?

Its a simple question - when do you normally get your money paid? What day is it?

You can't keep saying you have checked your account today (Sunday) but payments are not made to hit accounts at the weekends.

You should get your payment tomorrow. There will obviously be a delay due to the late attendance and processing of the sickness form. I wouldn't worry too much for the moment.
