I'm not in NI but our B&Q sold out of trees entirely a week before Christmas (they did slash the prices) last year-and the year before I struggled to find a real tree anywhere on Christmas eve- eve when I came back from holiday-so over here things have changed (always used to get the tree Christmas Eve) so maybe make sure it hasn't changed over there too.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

I got an 8ft tree from the guy just over the Ormeau Bridge next to the tyre place for £30. I thought that was a great price !
I went to him as well, thanks for the tip! There were no decent size ones left in B&Q etc.0 -
Take the back road from Limavady to Downhill and a saw and help yourself :rotfl:
All sizes from 6tf to 50ft
JOKE
Our local homebase usually stars reducing a few days before the big day, but having seen what's in stock at present I wouldn't even pay a reduced price for them. Looks like its the plastic tree again this year:o
EDIT: just on HUKD all B&Q live trees now half price, on your marks, get set, GO :AI am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:0 -
