Hello guys. 2014 is going to be a year of major upheaval for us. We will be declaring bankruptcy and also probable house repossession (which we are ok with). We have just missed first mortgage payment as we are struggling to meet payments and unable to save for bankruptcy fees while we are paying ( long story involving redundancy, illness and yes, living beyond our means over many years
). (But only a bit). I was wondering if anyone knew how quickly the Leeds are likely to start repossession proceedings, and also what happens if we go for br before house is repossessed? When on our soa we wouldn't actually be paying rent OR mortgage? And help much appreciated. Bella

actually WANT a repossession (after weve managed to save up fees
is that awful?) as we would have more chance of social housing with a notice of eviction. we know the house has to go, it has negative equity anyway, its just all a matter of timing. i guess no one can say for definately how things will happen. scary year ahead for an old lady with fibromyalgia eeeeeek:eek::eek::eek: 0
