Dropbox is the solution to this - someone could upload it to dropbox and put a link on here (just need to make sure the dropbox settings allow anyone to download it). If you fancy doing it and you need any help with this, let me know.

If you know how to upload to drop box PM me and I shall email it to you for you to have a go.
I tried looking at getting it onto Google Docs but quite frankly my iPad isn't very user friendly for stuff like this. The email I had contains the entire loads of recipes as part of the email rather than a separate word document. I've tried copying and pasting but I can't get it to work so emailing was easier (and I stress it hasn't been a hassle to do before anyone worries) I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knife
