NRP taken early retirement

Options
My ex has just retired early at 55 on his private pension.

He has asked the CSA for a reduction now he is only earning a pension.

I also know that although he is retiring he will be doing private bank nursing. Will that be taken into account and how will they know about it if he does not tell them.

Will he still be liable for any payments at all?
Life is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.

He will be liable at the same rate as now, it's in the booklet.

You mean the same % yes, not the same amount? If his pension is less than his wages were, then surely his payments will go down anyway?

Thank you, I did think the percentage would be the same for the pension income.

I was really asking about how they will assess him on the bank work if he does not tell them about it since he will not have regular hours just bank shifts as and when he wants them.
