Hi guys not been on in ages due to serving my time in sequestration lol.
Any way home from work today letter from IP asking for wage slips bank statements from 2011 to dec 2012 bearing mind ipa ended start of dec 2012 phoned them they say never recieved them.
I have now checked all paper work and they had all payslips etc even stamped them with date 17 dec 2012 and sent back
So am i reading to much into this do they think they can get more money ??
Do i legally need to give them to them again or can i just say P*** Off lol

Why risk being accused of non co-operation?
Send them a polite letter asking if they could double-check their records, as you have already sent them the information they have requested.
Add that all of your payslips from that period were date-stamped by them (17/12/12) and returned to you at that time, so the information should already be on their files.
Then leave the ball in their court.0
