Zero hours contracts and holiday leave

If I put my thoughts down about zero hour contracts it would run to pages - ergo it is an easy way back to the Victorian Era.
To answer your question - zero hours is no real contract at all so she can decline anything and go on holiday but they can also zero her back ie it's not worth the paper it's not written on....0 -

I am currently working for the NHS in a role related to contracts, so have some (albeit limited) awareness of how they're dealt with. From my own experience, the organisation selected isn't always necessarily the cheapest. A variety of factors are taken into consideration, so theoretically, if the person analysing the tenders is on the ball, this could be good news for care workers. All in theory, of course...0
