Nationwide Overpayments

Ive just checked my mortgage accounts online and noticed that Nationwide are now showing on there how much is in my overpayment "pot".
Problem is, the figure they give me doesnt equal the amount which should be in this pot - its short by exactly one months "normal" payment.
I pay £100 per month extra by bacs so should have £1100 in the pot.
My normal standing order is £172.04 (which has gone out on time every month) but they are saying my overpayment pot stands at £927.96
Anyone else noticed any discrepancies ?

I don't have a 'pot', but when does your monthly payment go out? I know mine goes out on the 1st but doesn't normally show until the 3rd/4th, is it maybe a delay like that?

November payment went out on 20th and I paid an extra £100 on the 21st which should have made my overpayments so far this year total £1100.
Next normal payment due 20th December as usual.
Its not a "pot" as such in that it comes off my outstanding balance but I have the ability to borrow back any overpayents made.
Up to now this has always shown on my yearly statement but now its also showing online.
