FGUK market research- genuine?

Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone had dealt with a company called FGUK, that does market research? I've had an email from them offering me £30 to take part in a survey based on a recent complaint I made to my mobile network, which seems genuine as it has identified the complaint correctly but I'm very suspicious as it seems a bit too good for 45 mins on the phone!!

They have legitimate website, registered in 2005, so that is a good start.
I cannot find too much information about them online but I can see that they asked some people to participate in a survey on a fairly well know infertility forum for a £50 remuneration.
If they have your complaint details then you've really no reason to believe it isn't legitimate. I've been paid similar amounts, from other companies, for participating in phone surveys.
Hopefully someone can give a more concrete answer soon for youThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
That's great, thanks. I found that the company existed at companies house but wasn't sure if that meant it was legitimate!Debt: [STRIKE]£8652[/STRIKE]£8550:eek:

I once had a £20 cheque for a 5 min phone survey, so £30 for 45 mins is totally believable.0
