Has anyone actually received grand prix tickets from renault?

Myself and quite a few other people on this site received e mails from renault to say we had won british grand prix tickets for various days.
I was excited but sceptical when they used the words 'joining pack' in their e mail.
They said they would send out details week beginning 18th June, the only thing i received from them was another e mail asking for the others persons name and address and saying again how they would be sending us a 'joining pack'.
Please someone tell me what happens next, i am so excited about going but really worried in case it doesnt come off!!
Anyone got any tickets or just an idea as to what happens next? !!

If you havent received them by Monday I would email them and ask them what the situation is. Chances are it may just be in the post.
