The NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars have teamed up with the Daily Mirror to offer you the chance to win a trip to Florida to see the team play their final home game of the season.
As part of your pre-Christmas trip to the sun, you and a companion will get:

• return flights for two from the UK to Jacksonville
• two nights’ accommodation in Jacksonville

The Promotion

• The promotion is a prize draw to a trip for two to Jacksonville on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 December 2013 to see the Jacksonville Jaguars v Tennessee Titans at Everbank Stadium

The Prize

• The promotion is a prize draw to win two round-trip flights, a pair of tickets to the Jacksonville Jaguars v Tennessee Titans at Everbank Stadium and 2 nights accommodation in Jacksonville, US

Who can enter?

• The Promotion is open to anyone who is a member of the Union Jax
• Both the winner and their guest must be aged 18 or over. (proof of age may be required)
• Employees of the NFL or any company within the same group of companies as the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally associated with the Promotion (Associates) and their immediate families are not allowed to enter.
• The winner’s guest must also comply with these rules.
• To claim the Prize, the winner and winner’s guest must have a valid passport, visa and any other necessary travel documentation (i.e. ESTA) required to travel to the destination.

How to enter the Promotion?

• The entrant must be a registered member of the Union Jax Fan Club on NFLUK.com
• By submitting their details the entrant agrees to all terms and conditions regarding this promotion.
• Only one entry per person is allowed.
• Any third party entries, multiple entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted.
• Dates applicable for prize draw: 29/11/2013 - 15/12/2013

What’s included and what’s not included in the Prize? The Prize comprises:

• 2 x Return flights to Jacksonville from the United Kingdom (nearest airport to winner)
• 1 x hotel room for two night on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 December 2013 in Jacksonville, USA
• 2 x standard tickets to watch the Jacksonville Jaguars v Tennessee Titans at Everbank Stadium, Jacksonville USA on Thursday 22 December 2013
• The Promoter will organise the procurement of flights, accommodation and tickets The winner and winner’s guest are responsible for all trip expenses not specified in these rules as being included, such as taxes, ground transportation (such as taxis and buses), travel insurance and gratuities.
• Other restrictions may apply to the transportation and accommodation.
• Once flights and accommodation details are confirmed by the Promoter (on behalf of the Promoter), no change will be possible.
• The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may cause the winner and/or winner’s guest to be unable to travel on the date of their booking.

What is the closing date?

• The closing date for entry into the competition is midnight on 15/12/2013

How will the winner be chosen?

• The winner of the Prize will be drawn at random from the database of all the completed entry forms submitted before the closing date.
• The draw will take place on later than the 16/12/2013.

How will the winner be notified?

• The winner will be the first name drawn.
• The promoter will use reasonable efforts to notify the winner by email within 2 days of the draw.
• The winner must respond to this email within 4 days.
• In the event the claim for the prize is not received by the promoter within 4 days of such notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.#
• This process may be repeated as often as necessary.

When will the winner be announced?

• The name and of the winner will be announced on 16/12/2013.
