my partner is in the process of going bankrupt and its so stressful , we are using harringtonbrooks with this , they want us to get all the dates when my partner started with the creditors , the problem i have he suffers with ms and his memory is not good , ive asked his lovely family but with no help there to , how do we find out about all theses creditors and when all this started , plz help

I'd imagine you are paying harringtonbrooks a handsome sum to fill the forms in for you, what exactly are they doing for their money? You don't need to pay anyone to do your forms! Step change/ national debt line or CAB (the debt charities) will give you all the advice and help with the forms you need! We can also help you with the forms, just ask and someone will know the answer.

I found out all the dates I needed to fill in my form on my credit report. I signed up with noddle https://www.noddle.co.uk (it's free) and found details of all my creditors, the date I started the credit and recent balances. If you can't find out the exact dates, a rough guess will be fine!

Sorry about the lecture! I hope you realise now that you don't need to waste money paying those cowboys!

As said, take your best guess, or write "don't know" - and add in the extra info section on the last page about the memory issues.
Also, you do not need to fear missing a debt off the paperwork as BR covers all debts owing on the day you go BR, whether on the BR paperwork or not.
