Hi, We currently owe £16,000 on our mortgage with the Halifax, I think it's a tracker. The propery is worth £85000 and we are looking to move house. We will need to have a £50,000 mortgage, but we really need to keep the payments as low as possible. Any ideas which sort of mortgage i should be looking for and who with? Thankyou, Angela.
