Nectar Points

Just received latest Nectar statement - number of points very much lower than expected as we have been saving for many years at 1500 points ish a year - but now only 2800 in credit 
- wife thinks she spent some (but not many) points some time ago but can't remember details. Tried to see where they had all gone but Nectar site only gives up to 6 months history. Tried phoning Nectar helpline but guy advised he's only technical support not accounts. Can't find any other contact number.
Has anybody else noticed a big drop in their points?
Anybody know how to contact Nectar for accounts information?
