If the winner (or their companion or transferees) tries to sell or gain benefit from the Prize, this may result in forfeiture of any remaining prize elements. Accommodation and Travel
The Prize also includes travel and hotel accommodation for the winner and their companion(s).


First class return rail travel will also be provided for the winner and their companion(s) from the UK mainland station nearest to the winner’s home address to the city in which each Event will take place. If the winner and/or any of their companion(s) are residents of the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland return business class flights to the airport closest to the location of each Event will be included. Transfers between the train station/airport and each hotel and between each hotel and each Event will also be provided.

In the event that first class rail travel/business class flights are unavailable on any of the required routes, alternative standard/economy class travel will be provided.

Element will contact the winner within 1 (one) week of winner confirmation in order to discuss travel and accommodation arrangements.

Event (l)
In relation to Event (l) the following will be provided for the winner or their transferee and their companion:

• Return business class flights from a London airport (to be confirmed by Element at the time of booking) to Brisbane Airport. If business class flights are not available on the required dates at the time of booking, economy class flights will be provided.
• Return transfers between Brisbane Airport and the Palazzo Versace Hotel (the “Hotel”), Brisbane.
• Return transfers between the Hotel and the Event.
• 7-nights’ accommodation at the Hotel on a half-board basis (including breakfast and dinner up to a value of £70 (seventy pounds sterling) per person per day based on 2 (two) people sharing a double/twin room. Element will notify the winner/transferee of the equivalent total value of their breakfast/dinner allowance in Australian dollars prior to departure. Should the winner/transferee exceed the value stated by Element, the winner/transferee will be responsible for paying any costs incurred in excess of this value. Please note that a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds will be required for security deposit purposes in order to check in at the Hotel.
• Travel insurance for the duration of the trip to Australia subject to the restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider, Planet Earth Travel Insurance Services Limited. The full policy wording (including without limitation health restrictions) is available at http://www.planetearthdirect.co.uk/docs/PolicyWording.pdf. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover where they would not be covered by this insurance including without limitation for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion are aged 74 years or over. The winner or their companion is responsible for paying any excess in the event of a claim.

Specific travel dates will be determined by Element and will be provided to the winner following winner confirmation.

The winner or their transferee and their companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Australia. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they or their transferee and their companion adhere to the entry requirements to Australia including organising and paying any and all costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party. The winner must also make sure that the travelling party have any required health certificates and other documentation for the relevant journey at the time of travel. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Prize Provider and that they adhere to the local laws in Australia.

Airlines will require women who are 28 weeks' pregnant or more to provide a fitness note from their GP/midwife in order to fly.

The Prize excludes meals and drinks (other than those specified above), car hire, travel insurance (other than as specified above), personal expenses, visas and vaccinations.
