I want to stock up on mince pies for Christmas - where are the cheapest and/or tastiest would you say?

Our co-op (mid-counties) currently has their 'simply irresistible' top-of-their-own-range ones at £2.80 for two packs of six - which is fairly attractive as one pack of six is £2.50!
Haven't tried them yet though - but assume they should be good...0 -
Aldi's signature ones at. £1.69 are VERY good.0

I'm actually enjoying Tesco's value ones this year - 65p for 6 - they're not deep filled like the posher ones, more jam tart shaped, but the filling is moist and tasty and the pastry isn't bad either (and because they are shallower, you don't feel quite so guilty having a second one ).

iceland has 12 for £1.50 fine for gatherings - especially when heated they taste fine!0
