Looking for some classy (but cheap!) odd size picture frames

I'm sorting out Christmas presents and have to frame some really nice cards I bought for presents without realising they are odd / in-between sizes.
The cards are approx 6.5 by 8.5 inches or 15cm x 20.5cm and I'm looking for about 7-8 frames.
Anyone recommend a good place to look?
Thanks:)

you could always buy a standard size frame and cut the mount to the odd size0

ikea, and put an appropriate coloured paper or fabric behind the card
you could buy old frames and paint them0
