I am considering bankruptcy soon. My wife has her own sole Bank account where she receives her pension & Pension credit. Does this account need declaring ? Will the OR take all money in it ?

generally speaking the IR can only take *your* assets, or your share of joint assets. You cannot move your money into your wife's account to keep it 'safe' but her own money is hers, not yours. All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0
