    There are exceptions - certain agencies have adopted the Swedish derogation to avoid these regulations. Are you positive that you qualify?

    Same agency? Same employment status - it hasn't changed? And actually, although I cannot now recall the details, the Act was passed some years before it took effect - so you may have been employed before it did. I would check these things - or ask very politely because if you get it wrong, the agency obviously still has contacts with the employer and you do not have two years service.

    If they DO owe you money you can still chase it as a civil debt. It's too late for a tribunal. But as someone else who used to post here often says - there is no such thing as a permanent employee and any contract can be terminated. Personally, if you don't want to chase the debt, I'd forget about whether it was your right and let sleeping dogs lie. I'd only chase it if I was going to do something about it.
