Filtering Emails?

Options
Hello. :)

I use Thunderbird and have set up a "filter" so that all emails with "win", "won" and "congratulations" go into a separate folder.

I was just wondering if there was a more efficient way of doing this? At the moment I'm getting newsletters etc in there which are about what competitions can be won from them etc.

Thank you and I hope that made sense!

You could set up another rule which would dirrect anything with the words "newsletter" or "unsubscribe" in the body to go to your main in-box folder.
Not sure if this will work mind?.... never tried it! :)

let me know how you get on.

I would remove the word "win" as loads of emails come through asking "do you want to win so & so"
If you've won something they will say you have won
