Do you have a barcode and number when you touch 'My ID'?
If you don't you may not have signed up correctly, so perhaps uninstall and download again from the MSE link.
Or perhaps there have already been the maximum number of redemptions at your Co-op store.
If you are passing the shop perhaps just go in and try to see if it works.

I have a barcode.

went to coop and they tried but couldnt get it to work. their instructions for putting it through was not the same as on my phone. they eventually said the IT department said they had a problem and to ring head office. the offer isnt in my offers so is that whats wrong?

my barcode you mean? Yes they did that each time, they didnt scan it at all.

I have rang head office (they also gave me the wrong number for that) and they are sending me 'something'. But like she said it needs to be sorted out before they get another one of these to do.

I just want to be sure its not anything I am doing wrong so it happens every time I try this.

I picked up the chocolate and shortbread yesterday but my barcode wouldn't scan on the phone.
I can't see my ID number tho, but the Co-op nicely put it though without my details (I guess if you were a dishonest person you could go and get them again in that case somewhere else!)

Where do people see their ID numbers incase the barcode does not scan please?

I found it myself - when you email support it includes your ID in the email
Copied it down incase barcode does not work.

My local Co-op isn't showing on the map, will the deal work there?

Is paypoint required for these particular deals as I don't think my local Co-op has that.

yes, they have to have paypoint as the transaction is done through it

Thanks, they didn't seem to have it though.

They knew of the offer but weren't able to scan the barcode in (they tried with the product scanner, as well as manually inputting the number but it didn't work). Eventually though they just gave the shortbread selection to me and just entered it as a coupon instead.

I was too late for the chocolate selection box though, but apparently they didn't have any of those anyway.
