Terms and conditions - Toby Carvery's pass the parcel

1. This prize draw will be open for entries between 9am and 5pm between 11th and 22nd December (inclusive). To be eligible to win, you must follow all terms and conditions on this page.
2. You must 'Like' the official Toby Carvery Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/tobycarvery).
3. 'Pass the parcel' by selecting friends on Facebook.
4. Toby Carvery's Facebook competition is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 and over, except for Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited employees, all contractors and families or anyone directly connected with the organisation and operators of its brands and concessions.
5. The promotion can only be entered when it is active (as outlined in point 1), confirmed by the 'pass the parcel' Facebook application.
6. The daily primary prize consists of a £20 Toby Carvery food and drink voucher, to be provided to the winner by the promoter (Toby Carvery).
7. The prize voucher may be redeemed against food only, or against food and drinks, but not against drinks only.
8. The promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
9. There will also be secondary prizes, in the form of 10 vouchers for free ice cream with a meal; 10 vouchers for a free king-size trade-up; and 10 vouchers for a £6.50 two-course deal. Full terms and conditions for each of these prizes will be stated on the vouchers.
10. Only one entry per person per day (though this may represent several entries, via the number of friends selected).
11. Winners of the primary prize will be contacted via personal message on Facebook (or via email) and will be asked to provide their contact details to allow supply of their prize.
12. Winners of the secondary prizes will be emailed.
13. Winners also agree on entering the competition that their names can be used for publicity purposes.
14. No purchase is necessary.
15. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
16. The primary winner will be the first entry drawn at random after 5pm on each day of the competition. The secondary winners will be the next 30 drawn.
17. Winners will have four weeks to claim their prize from the date it is supplied. After this time the promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.
18. The decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to the promoter collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.
20. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual's prior consent.
