So my Boyfriend has broken up with me and told me to get out of the flat we have had together for 2 years. I did think I had hit rock bottom but things have turned around.

I managed to get a job and I found a small 1 bed flat to move into. Bizarrely I passed the credit check for the flat and I should get the keys tomorrow.

My ex and me have split our debts in half and this is the half Im responsible for thought he will be paying £880 towards the CT3 so we are paying 50% each of our total debts. He will probably pay me £40 a month for 22 months towards it to keep it easier for him and this will cover the repayments in that time pretty much.

The figures show are approximate as to be honest I dont know what I will be paying in the new flat yet.

The flat is only 285 sq feet / 26.5 sq m so its not huge so I hope that it wont cost too much to run. I only have electric storage heaters but I don't intend to use them as I have a fan heater and a halogen heater which heat up small spaces quite quick and I can knock them off when it feels warm enough.

The water is metered and the electric is a pre pay key meter.

The Council tax payment above is with my single person discount too.
