Mortgage transfer

Evening all..

Just spoken to my mortgage providers regarding my mortgage where the fixed rate ends in 2 weeks.. They have offered the following...

2 years 2.49 fixed £880
3 years 2.69 fixed £894
5 years 3.29 fixed £939

None have fees to take them up... What do you reckon?? What would you do.. I am thinking the 5 year one.... I know there is £58 difference a month in payments but at least It keeps me safe for 5 years with a fixed rate.. I will be looking to over pay by the difference in my last rate to this which is £250 a month at least..

Thanks.. Turks x:A
