im working for a company that makes car parts, the company i work for when they get new parts in, they dont think about the operators benefit,they put piece work parts high so the operators struggle, and if some parts are easy to do they put the quantity up, so we cant make our money, and the parts we struggle on they dont put the quantity down, is there anyone that can help us, if anybody knows please
