just a wee question - what do others think of what they say with "enter on the hour every hour" - do they mean you are to enter at 12 noon on the dot and any entires that come in later (say 12:15) will not be counted?
i know its a bit bizarre...but why do they say "on the hour"?0 -

think you have to make sure you enter in the hour & not
to early, though it does say on the form if you're to early that you've already entered please be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.0 -

just says to enter each hour on the hour,
am assuming it means we've to enter from the hour the new ones on to when it finishes & the next new hourly one is on,
