I waited up until midnight last time to get in straight away and kept on trying. Got varied messages some saying I had already bought one when I had not.
Also tried when this first came live this time round and no joy. I know lots of people having problems. You only have to look at their Facebook page.0 -

I'm just slightly amused by the indignant rage of some. I tend to put these things down to "some you win" experiences and wouldn't lose sleep or go into meltdown over a fiver.
