Keeping motivated when your jobs at risk?

I am in serious need of a boot up the backside. Work has been difficult for a while now, and there is a fair possibility (although nothing definite and no timescales) that the unit I manage will be closing. There are currently no practical relocations within the organisation so if the worst happens I'll be hanging on for redundancy then taking it from there.
So whilst trying to keep my staff motivated and on track for the benefit of the people we support (residential care), my own motivation levels have hit the floor and I am struggling to get anything constructive done at all.
So other than giving myself a serious talking to, and waiting for spring (a touch of the winter blues is really not helping) anyone got any useful suggestions to get me back on track?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
