BR Start- 12 months, undischarged
While BR- After 12 months = discharge,
BR Lasts - 6 years, BR is on your credit file for 6 years.
What happens after year 6/7? in terms of Notes being on your 3 credit files, and notes being removed regarding your bankruptcy.
Do the BR notes come off completely? or they just get 'changed' from Discharged bankrupt to - previously bankrupt' ?
or the mention of a previous bankrupt is completely removed from the credit file ?
or after 7 years, there still is some form of mention of bankruptcy on the BR's credit file ?
8 years after being BR
and if a credit company/creditor sees your credit file in 8 years from your BR start date (2 years after the 6 years) - then will they have any indication of the previous BR? - as you were clear of the BR 6 year period 2 years ago ?
and the same above questions, for the Insolvency register? when does your name get taken of the database ?
or it is on the insolvency register forever? (even though people might not have access to your name online)

Your bankruptcy details will remain in the London Gazette forever. Many credit reference agencies and banks use London Gazette searches/information.0

3 main CRAs don't take info from the Gazette. Only likely to something like a mortgage where lender check records like the gazette. Others would use the main CRAs where it would no longer show up.Still rolling rolling rolling......
