Hi,
I need to make some nibbles for Thursday, but I am very busy and need to make something very quick.
I have a frozen puff pastry that could do with using up anyway, could I make mini danish pastries by simply spooning up some thick custard into the middle of small squares and put a piece of peach on the top and bake?
I love them, but never actually made them.
Any other quick and easy ideas, from the same pastry but to make the offering a bit more coloufull?
Problem is I have something much more complicated to bake at the same time but unfortunately time wise I just cannot make enough of the other stuff for all occassions I am baking for!!
But I could do these pastries?
