Have a conditional job offer :-)

Out of the 3 interviews I had, I have been offered the civil service job - subject to references but I can't see these being a problem.
So happy yet slightly disappointed I wasn't offered the NHS job but the job I've been offered was my first choice up until the NHS interview - that job would have given me the chance to learn what it's like to be more hands on rather than working in the 'back office'.
It's also a straight transfer as I am already employed by civil service so pension and length of service won't be affected.
Hopefully they'll give me a start date by next week then I can hand my notice in to my current employer though I shall try my hardest not to grin like a cheshire cat in the process

I posted on your previous thread - How was the NHS interview ? In my experience they all seem to follow the same format and have very similar questions.......At least if you see any other jobs in the NHS that you fancy applying for you'll now know what to expect:)0
