  • Mini jacket potatoes. You get a bag of those small potatoes, bake them and then cut them open and top with sour cream and chives. They are nice hot or cold.

  • If it's NIBBLES you're after, there was a great piece in the Mail today comparing party food from budget Iceland versus Tesco etc. Some of Icelands got a really good reveiew despite being cheap & cheerful (eg duck spring rolls). Whereas some got the review "no wonder theyre cheap" eg Iceland cocktail sausages. The favourite one was some kinda Tesco prawn one.....
