Good question but a fairly straightforward one to answer.
Anything and everything he owes (bar the usual exceptions like court fines etc etc.) at the point of his bankruptcy will be included, whether he has specifically listed it in his Statement of Affairs or not. So if old creditors do resurface at some point in the future, they can be politely informed of the bankruptcy and subsequently ignored.
