Anyone who has received their order will note in order to return items paid postage is required.

However there is a free postage address:

    FREEPOST RSGZ-EHHE-LEGT
    Marathon House
    Olympic Business Park
    Drybridge Road
    Dundonald
    KA2 9BE

I made an order from Sports Direct and they included a silly mug and a magazine and charged me for them!! Do you think this address will be for them too? Do you know Sports Direct Free Postage address as they are having them back!!
ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷

Thanks. Received my order but the quality isnt as good as usual.
What would happen if I used this freepost address and the parcel went missing? Would I still get a refund?

Where did you find this freepost address please?

They packed my order incorrectly. Emailed them stating as it was their error. They responded with the free post address advising me to obtain 'proof of postage' at the Post Office which is free of charge.

Would appear you didn't order the mug and magazine. Email them as they have got your order wrong. They should provide you with the option of a free of charge return and/or refund.

Sports Direct email for customer services:

Firstly... Why should a Moderator expire the thread when the offer in still current? Additionally when it does expire it will be moved It's Gone But Was It Any Good if posters have further views/comments.

Second... All comments on the thread may help another to make an informed decision.

    Thirdly... Turn that frown upside-down.
